The Department of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry was established in 1986 and conducts training in mathematics, physics and chemistry at the Faculty of Automation and Electronics and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Instrumentation.
The Department has three directions - "Mathematics", "Physics" and "Chemistry".
In the "Mathematics" direction five associate professors and four senior assistants work, one of whom has the academic degree of "Doctor".
In the "Physics" direction two associate professors and two senior assistants work.
B direction "Chemistry" one associate professor and one senior lecturer with a "PhD" degree are working.

from 2006 to 2009 - Assoc. Dr. Nikolay Spasov;
