Accessibility statement

Technical University of Sofia is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 58c of the Bulgarian Electronic Governance Act and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Scope and standard

This statement covers the public pages, contact and newsletter forms, virtual assistant, embedded content, and authenticated sections of tu-sofia.bg.

The baseline requirements are EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant. The full technical and assistive-technology evaluation is still in progress; this statement does not claim full compliance.

Content being improved

• some historic documents, PDFs and media may not yet provide complete text alternatives, captions or accessible structure;
• the accessibility of third-party content and services also depends on the relevant provider;
• legacy and CMS-managed pages, forms, chat and authenticated sections are included in the ongoing assessment.

Include the address of the page or service, describe the barrier and, where applicable, the accessible format you need. The report is registered and reviewed within one month; the response describes the measures and implementation period or gives a reasoned refusal.

Enforcement procedure

If no response is provided within that period or the announced measures are not taken, you may submit a complaint under Article 58d(2) of the Bulgarian Electronic Governance Act to the Minister of Innovation and Digital Transformation.
