of "Pedagogy and Management" at Engineering and Pedagogy Faculty - Sliven is an established academic center with over three decades of tradition in training specialists in education, management, and communications. Founded in
1987 as the Department
of "Engineering Pedagogy"it has developed dynamically and since the academic
1992/1993 has borne its current name, reflecting its contemporary interdisciplinary profile.
Today, the department unifies fields such as psychological and pedagogical sciences, economics, foreign language education and physical culture and sports, ensuring comprehensive academic and practical training. It has modern seminar and laboratory rooms, as well as a sports complex, which create an environment for active learning and scientific research.
The team includes highly qualified lecturers – associate professors, assistants, and experts with proven experience in scientific research and pedagogical activities. The department offers more than 20 lecture courses in the programs for professional bachelor, bachelor and master, and maintains partnerships with professional high schools to acquire a qualification "teacher".
Specialized courses are regularly organized on "Professional Pedagogy", "Informatics and Information Technologies", "Methodology of Teaching BDP", "Examiners of Vehicle Drivers" and Interactive teaching methodswhich develop students' practical skills and competitiveness.
