The Department of Computer Systems was established in 1969, when it began operating under the name "Computing Technology". In 1993, it adopted its current name.
The department trains students at the bachelor's and master's educational and qualification levels in five modern specialties. The training is focused on building in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of computer science and computer engineering, in line with the current requirements of the modern IT industry and the labor market.
