The Master's graduates in Automation and Information Technology are leaders in the country in developing and applying principles, methods, and tools for automation and efficient management. They will be leaders in creating, building, and implementing integrated management systems in the context of a market economy and competition.

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in specialties from professional fields 5.2. Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, 5.3. Communication and Computer Engineering, or 5.13. General Engineering

Supplementary training is proposed for graduates with a Professional Bachelor's degree in specialties from professional field 5.2 "EEA".

Compensatory training is proposed for graduates with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in specialties from professional area 5. Technical Sciences or in specialties from professional fields 4.1. Physical Sciences, 4.5. Mathematics, or 4.6. Informatics and Computer Science

Automation and information technology are an important element in all engineering applications. This serves as a basic prerequisite for students to acquire skills in various fields of modern engineering and technology. In this regard, during their studies, master's students in Automation and Information Technology will acquire knowledge in the following areas:

• programming languages and environments for the Internet;
• industrial microcontrollers;
• network and information security;
• automated information management systems based on databases;

The specialized training is acquired through groups of elective courses that students study within the regular duration of their studies:

• special electric drives;
• computer graphics and design in information technology;
• digital signal processing;
• object-oriented and visual programming;
• diagnostics and design of robotic systems;
• security and protection in cyberspace;
• models and management of technical-economic systems;
• legal regime of information crimes

Graduate specialists can work in companies for:

• organization and operational management of automated technological processes; design and effective implementation of quality control and management systems in the field of implementation and operation of automated systems, devices, equipment and facilities;

• design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, tuning and diagnostics of automated information processing and control systems; development and implementation of Internet-based information systems and applications; preparation of technical documentation;
