"Technical University – Sofia – Technologies" EOOD (the Company) is registered under the Commercial Act. It is 100% owned by TU-Sofia, and its activities comply entirely with the provisions of the Commercial Act. The Company enters into contracts for scientific and applied research, certification, design, consulting, and qualification activities. These contracts are executed by project teams formed by TU-Sofia staff. Annually, the Company manages 100–120 contracts with a total volume of approximately BGN 1.5 million.
