The training actively focuses on innovations in the educational process, practical training, and collaboration with organizations from practice. Lectures, seminars, and consultations for the development of the thesis are conducted by teachers from Germany and Bulgaria.

Upon successful completion of the training in Bulgaria, students graduate as "Master of Business Administration" and receive Bulgarian and German diplomas. The German diploma is issued by FOM University - Essen, Germany. The duration of the training is 4 semesters, and the thesis design is 1 semester.

As a result of the training in the specialty "Business Administration", knowledge and skills in the field of the studied disciplines are acquired. This includes 21 mandatory disciplines, 2 freely selectable ones, and 3 elective disciplines (full-time study in winter and summer semesters).
