The curriculum for the master's specialization "Microtechnologies and Nanoengineering" - jointly with the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies, is focused on the technological implementation of microsystems with applications in electronics, communications, and industrial technologies, including methods for automated design, simulation, and testing of microsystems, ensuring a comprehensive engineering-technological approach. The training is structured into three semesters: in the first, five mandatory subjects are studied, forming the foundations of microtechnologies and nanoengineering; in the second – one mandatory subject, three mandatory electives according to the chosen direction (design, technology, testing), and two free electives, with students having the opportunity for flexible choice among twelve subjects according to their personal interests, which can be outside the chosen direction; the third semester is entirely dedicated to the diploma project.
