Admission to the Master's program in "Management and Business Information Systems" is carried out in accordance with the general requirements for student admission at the Technical University – Sofia.

Only individuals with a grade of at least "Good", calculated as the average of the grades from subjects included in the bachelor's or master's study plan and the average of the grades from state exams or the defense of the bachelor's or master's thesis, are eligible to apply. The admission requirements are extremely flexible, tailored to the needs and capabilities of each applicant.

The training consists of a balanced mix of chronologically and logically ordered mandatory fundamental disciplines with IT and managerial characteristics, and disciplines with specialized and advanced knowledge and skills in the field of business information technology and systems management. The curriculum is built from three groups of academic disciplines that form the specializations: Information Support for Modern Business; Information Systems for Remote Collaboration; and Intelligent Systems for Business Analytics. These three directions are also suggested by the business sector.

The goal of the SF team is to meet the requirements of companies in the best possible way and to provide young people with maximum mobility and competitiveness in the labor market both domestically and abroad. For this purpose, the program focuses on:

Forming a comprehensive understanding of management and business information technologies as theoretical and applied fields;
Providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of economics and management;
Building knowledge and skills for flexible digital transformation of modern business, software project management, their quality, and information security;
Familiarization with business application elements from artificial intelligence theory, intelligent methods for business analytics and intelligence in shared environments, virtual prototyping and implementation environments, including augmented reality, with the aim of achieving heterogeneous intelligent systems and platforms for all aspects of life;
Acquiring and applying business standards at the personal and organizational level, including methods for systematic modeling, reengineering, simulation, harmonization, administration, and management of IT services and processes, as well as international standards and methodologies for IT service management.

Graduates with a bachelor's degree in the specialty acquire the following competencies:

comprehensive training in the field of business information technologies and systems and their management;
solid training in the field of information technologies and systems, their application in the activities of business organizations and in solving managerial tasks;
