The training in the specialty "Industrial Management" aims to develop in students knowledge, skills, and competencies that correspond to the current needs of the labor market and management professions in industrial organizations across various sectors of the economy and industrial production.The training model for "Industrial Management" and the curricula for the winter and summer semesters have been developed in close cooperation with the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, which is part of TU9 and is one of the nine best universities in Germany for engineering specialties. The training actively focuses on innovations in the educational process, practical training, and collaboration with industry and professionals from practice. The training in the specialty "Industrial Management" belongs to professional field 5.13 General Engineering.In response to the high demands of the labor market, the need for the development of 21st-century competencies, as well as educational standards, the training in "Industrial Management" covers a set of competencies - basic, technical, and professional (management competencies). The competencies are developed within 1080 hours of classroom and 3120 hours of extracurricular activities, with a training duration of 4 semesters and 1 semester for diploma design. The set of elective disciplines creates prerequisites for applying a personalized approach in training. The training is conducted in German.

The training actively focuses on innovations in the educational process, practical training, and collaboration with organizations from practice. Lectures, seminars, and consultations for the development of the thesis are conducted by teachers from Germany and Bulgaria.

Upon successful completion of the training in Bulgaria, students graduate as "Master of Industrial Management" and receive Bulgarian and German diplomas. The German diploma is issued by the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany. The duration of the training is 4 semesters, and the thesis design is 1 semester.
