In the master's program, knowledge and skills acquired in the bachelor's course are enhanced with modern engineering-management concepts, technologies, and approaches; knowledge for making strategic decisions in a dynamic business environment is developed; abilities to design production and operational systems, as well as management and control systems for the execution of strategic and operational plans, are created; department and unit managers with communicative, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills in various functional areas of management are prepared.
Graduates with a master's degree in the specialty "Industrial Management" acquire competencies in the following areas:
- Business process modeling;
Design of production and operational systems, as well as systems for their management;
- Management of innovative organizational structures for technology transfer and support of small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Project management and risk management;
- Management of production, marketing, personnel, and quality.
