In the laboratory, students are trained in the disciplines "Industrial and Multiconnected Automation Systems" and "Energy-Efficient Process Control." The laboratory is equipped with the assistance of Siemens. It features models of real physical objects from industry:
- an object with transport delay;
- a chemical reactor model;
- a vacuum dryer;
- a hydrodynamic object.
In the laboratory, students can observe and use modern technical means for automation, industrial communication networks, programmable controllers, as well as conduct research on various algorithms and models used in the control of continuous and discrete systems.
