At the regional competition for energy-efficient vehicles, which took place from September 21-24 in Istanbul, our team took second place in its category with a result of 121.59 km per cubic meter of hydrogen. The competition included 23 teams from Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, and Tunisia. The team from TU - Sofia participated with their vehicle Phoenix in the category of urban-type vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cells.
Our boys used their performance to test new elements on the car to improve its efficiency for the 2018 European Championship in London.
