On 24.03.2022, at the National Center for Mechatronics and Clean Technologies in Building 8 of the Technical University – Sofia, Visteon Electronics presented to faculty members, doctoral students, and students the latest developments in the field of electric mobility, developed by the company and showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Consumer Electronics Show 2022 (CES), in January 2022 in Las Vegas.
The participants were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical-Technological Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eng. Georgi Todorov, who thanked Visteon Electronics for the successful cooperation and highlighted the excellent conditions for scientific research, development activities, and conducting classes at the National Center for Mechatronics and Clean Technologies with its 16 modern laboratories. In his welcome speech, Mr. Ivan Mihaylov, Managing Director of Visteon Electronics Bulgaria EOOD and member of the Board of Trustees of TU – Sofia, expressed his gratitude for the fruitful joint work and emphasized that this is where the best engineering specialists in the country are trained, who find their successful career opportunities with them.
Senior management of Visteon Electronics familiarized the participants with the latest developments and the various areas of the company's activities, as well as with the opportunities for internships and employment for students from TU – Sofia. The event generated great interest, with over 100 people attending, who received first-hand information about this rapidly growing global industry.
