
Erasmus+ office of TUS, headed by Prof. Tasho Tashev, was awarded (07.12) with a Certificate and Plaque for "overall quality implementation"
a project under the "Erasmus+" Programme, Key Action 1 "Educational Mobility for Citizens", sector "Higher Education", from the National Agency of the programme - the Centre for Human Resources Development. The award was given for successfully implemented mobility projects in the field of higher education, which provide opportunities for professional development of participants at another higher education institution abroad.
This year, only five higher education institutions received an award for the quality implementation of projects under various key activities of the Program.
"Erasmus+" is a leading program for education, training, and practice in the EU, involving the mobility of students, faculty, and administrative staff, which regulates European cooperation between universities and other key partners from the public and private sectors. The program promotes the development of a unified European educational space for joint research, innovation, economic growth, labor market, and intercultural dialogue. Our university was one of the first in the country to join the international educational program "Erasmus" as early as 1999.
