On February 26, 2025, the Technical University – Sofia presented itself at the Forum "Higher Education in Bulgaria" in Kyustendil. The event is held for the sixth consecutive year and is organized by the Career Guidance Center of the United Children's Complex (UKC) - Kyustendil, with the support of the Municipality of the city and the Regional Education Inspectorate. The Forum is intended for 11th and 12th-grade students to assist them in choosing a higher education institution in Bulgaria. This year, 19 universities are participating. At the TU – Sofia booth, representatives from the "Academic Department" – Valentina Vailova and Ani Atanasova, answered all questions from students and their parents regarding bachelor's programs and the overall application and study process.
On February 27-28, 2025, the Technical University – Sofia participated in an exhibition of universities and colleges in Bulgaria in Pleven, held under the title "I Choose to Study and Stay in Bulgaria," with the participation of 32 higher education institutions from across the country. The event is organized by the Municipality of Pleven and the Regional Education Inspectorate. Representatives from the "Academic Department," Silviya Borislavova, Head of the Department, and Didi Angelova, thoroughly introduced prospective students to the 58 offered bachelor's programs – 39 in Sofia, 12 in the Plovdiv Branch, and 7 in the Engineering-Pedagogical Faculty Sliven, along with the study plans and curricula, the application process, and the schedule for admission exams.
The participation of the Technical University – Sofia in both exhibitions passed with great interest from students, their teachers, and parents. An emphasis in the presentation was also placed on the prospects for successful professional realization of the graduates of the leading higher technical university in the country and the region, which, as a member of the European Technological University EUt+, will enable its students to obtain a European degree.
