On May 27, 2025, the Rector of the Technical University – Sofia, Prof. Dr. Georgi Venkov, awarded diplomas to those who obtained scientific degrees – 2 Doctors of Science and 36 Doctors.
Everyone has days in their life that are remembered for a lifetime. Knowledge is boundless and obligates everyone who wishes to continue their educational degree to do so without fear of difficulties. This way, excellent specialists will be created who will pass on their knowledge, work for society, and develop science and its application for the prosperity and well-being among peoples. With these words, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Kralov, Deputy Rector for Academic Activities, Accreditation, and Academic Staff of the Technical University – Sofia, congratulated those who defended the educational and scientific degree "Doctor" and the scientific degree "Doctor of Science".
Prof. Dr. Georgi Venkov, Rector of the Technical University – Sofia, stated that those who received today's diplomas elevate the university's rating at the national and international levels and establish it as a research institution. He wished everyone to make efforts, establish their knowledge, and apply their achieved high results to scientific research and personal professional growth. Prof. Venkov encouraged those who obtained a scientific degree to continue developing, achieving new successes, and realizing their dreams for new scientific achievements.
