The ABB "Jürgen Dormann" Foundation for Engineering Education provides scholarships to students from all over the world with excellent academic achievements who need financial support to continue their studies.
Partners: Technical University, Sofia and Technical University - Sofia, Plovdiv Branch
Scholarship amount: 5,860 BGN annually and a one-time payment in the first year of 900 BGN for purchasing a computer
Duration of financial support: Maximum period of 5 academic years*
* The scholarship is confirmed each subsequent year based on academic performance, income, and presentation.
Additional activities:
- Mentor from ABB throughout the entire scholarship period;
- Online English language course;
- Opportunity to participate in the International ABB Scholarship Holders' Meeting in Switzerland, held every two years;
- Opportunity for a summer internship at ABB.
Selection procedure: The selection process for scholarship recipients will be conducted based on documents and an interview.
