As a global leader and socially responsible company, ABB Bulgaria strongly believes that supporting outstanding talents in engineering sciences from the beginning of their professional path is an important step and a long-term investment in a better future for all, which is why in 2017 the company supported future engineers trained at the Technical University - Sofia through the scholarships of the foundation "Jürgen Dorman" and ABB-Talent.
ABB Bulgaria's scholarship programs give young specialists in the field of engineering sciences the opportunity to start their career in an international company and to get a chance to experience the processes and the way of working and to work with technologies that have a positive impact on the world around us. At the same time, it provides financial stability to the scholarship holders so that they can calmly complete their education.
For 2017, the "Jürgen Dorman" scholarship holders are:
- Simeon Georgiev Pavlov, 1st year, major "Automation, Information and Control Engineering", TU Sofia;
- Hristo Ivanov Dinkov, 1st year, major "Automation, Information and Control Engineering", TU Sofia;
- Evgeniya Todorova Stavreva, 2nd year, major "Industrial Management", TU Sofia, Plovdiv branch
The students who received the "ABB Talent" scholarship are:
- Ersin Ulvi Suleyman, 3rd year, major "Electronics", TU Sofia, Plovdiv branch;
- Stefan Bisserov Gerbev, 3rd year, major "Electronics", TU Sofia, Plovdiv branch
