
For the 50th consecutive year, the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics (FAMI) is organizing the international conference "Applications of Mathematics in Engineering and Economics - AMEE'24". It was opened by the Rector of the Technical University - Sofia, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Králov. The official ceremony took place on June 7, 2024, in the town of Sozopol.
The main goal of the conference series, which runs until June 23, 2024, is to bring together both established and young talented scientists from Bulgaria and abroad to discuss and exchange views on contemporary trends and applications of mathematics in industry, physics, biology, economics, and many other sectors. The papers presented at the International Conference are indexed in SCOPUS - the world's largest database for abstracts and citations of peer-reviewed research literature with an SJR (Scientific Journal Rankings) factor.
The working language of the conference is English and includes the following sections:
