The competition is part of a project by the World Bank and is conducted with its financial support.
The goal is to facilitate communication between citizens and institutions in Bulgaria by creating a convenient and unified mobile application and responsive web design website for reporting irregularities. The reports will be sent directly to the responsible institutions, thereby increasing citizen participation in governance.
