The Rectorate and faculty members of TU-Sofia participate in the annual review of EUt+ @UNICAS at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio

From November 25 to 29, the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio is hosting over 150 participants who are presenting the results of the first year of intensive collaboration between partners within 37 working groups, organized into 11 work packages of the ambitious EUt+ project.

The opening session of the Week in Cassino took place on Tuesday, November 26, in the Aula Magna Federico Rossi at the Folcara campus. The meeting was attended not only by rectors but also by a representative of the Italian Ministry of University and Research, as well as important partners of UNICAS, engaged in the challenges of sustainable development – a key issue for the European Commission, in which EUt+ is particularly active.

One year after the start of Phase II, a review was made of the path taken by the nine members of the European University Institute (EUt+). A precise plan for monitoring the progress of the 'Accelerate' project was created, which received the highest score from the European Commission among the 64 Alliances selected to build European Universities.

On November 28, in Gaeta, another campus of the university will host the activities of the delegates.

The event will represent an important opportunity for regional development with the valuable support of local authorities and administrations.
