TECHNOLOGICAL SCHOOL OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS at the Technical University – Sofia (TUES) was established in 1988 as part of the structure of the Technical University – Sofia. The goal was to create a secondary educational institution that would prepare personnel with secondary education in the field of computer science and information technology.
Order and conditions for admission
For the 2018/2019 academic year, TUES at TU-Sofia will admit students in the following specialties:
- System Programming with code 4810201 – 3 parallel classes, each with 26 students
- Computer Networks with code 5230502 – 1 parallel class from 26 students
Who can apply?
Students from across the country who completed the 7th grade during the 2017/2018 academic year can apply to the Technological University "Electronic Systems" (TUES) at the Technical University (TU) – Sofia.
Admission exams
The new Law on Pre-school and School Education (in force from 01.08.2016) has abolished the internal mathematics exam for TUES. Therefore, for the 2018/2019 academic year, candidates for TUES will take only the exams from the National Evaluation in Bulgarian Language and Literature (May 21, 2018.) and in mathematics (May 23, 2018.).
Submission of application documents at TUES to TU-Sofia in stages I and II will be carried out in schools – nests designated by the Regional Inspectorate of Education - Sofia.

Required documents for enrollment
The following documents are required for enrollment:
- Certificate of completed basic education (completed 7th grade) – original.
- Copy of the official note with the results of the NVO exams.
- Full medical certificate from your personal doctor with mandatory reflected color vision and diopters.
- Two current photos.
Ball formation
The ball is formed by the sum of:
- the Bulgarian Language and Literature (BLL) score from the National External Assessment (NEA)
- 3 times the Mathematics score from NEA
- the Mathematics score from the Certificate of completion of 7th grade
- the Physics score from the Certificate of completion of 7th grade
BALL = (BLL from NEA) + 3*(Math from NEA) + (Math 7th grade) + (Physics 7th grade)
