On 18.12.2014. a ceremony for the ceremonial awarding of higher education diplomas to the 2014 graduating class of masters and bachelors from the Faculty of English Engineering Education took place.
Official guests at the event were Prof. Georgi Mihov – Rector of TU – Sofia, Prof. Valeri Mladenov – Vice-Rector, H.E. Suleyman Gokce – Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Mehmet Peker – Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Bulgaria, and Mrs. Yordanka Chobanova – Secretary for European Affairs to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.
A meeting with the university leadership was held, during which issues regarding the increase in the number of Turkish students at TU-Sofia and the strengthening of cooperation with universities and institutions in the Republic of Turkey in the field of education and science were discussed.
