
The Faculty of Telecommunications and the Technical University of Sofia are co-organizers of one of the most significant international symposia – the 28th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications WPMC 2025) invites researchers, scientists, engineers, and doctoral students to present their original scientific contributions. The theme of this year's symposium is Shaping the 6G Empowered Future: Where Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing, and Digital Twins Unlock Prosperity“.
The WPMC symposium series started in 1998 as a global platform for collaboration in the field of wireless communications. Held in Asia, Europe, and America, WPMC has established itself as a unique global conference dedicated to wireless multimedia convergence.
The 28th WPMC will be held for the first time in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, from November 9-12, 2025.
The symposium will focus on the latest developments in the field of wireless multimedia communications, covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
