From MOE a new invitation for submission of project proposals under measure "Projects for mobility in higher education" for the autumn/winter semester of 2015/2016 academic year under the program BG09 "European Economic Area Scholarship Fund".
Activities within the program are open to all fields of higher education and all scientific directions, including priority areas aimed at achieving the overall target of 10% of the EEA Financial Mechanism funds to be used in support of the socio-economic inclusion of citizens of Roma origin.
The measure 'Projects for mobility in higher education' is established for students, including postgraduates and doctoral students, academic, research, and administrative staff from higher education institutions and scientific organizations in Bulgaria and donor countries, wishing to participate in individual academic/scientific exchange (mobility). The measure includes the following components: 1. 'Student mobility' and 2. 'Mobility of teachers, researchers, and administrative staff'.
Prior to participation in the call all candidates must familiarize themselves with the documents and guidelines for participation in the activities of the EEA Financial Mechanism, published at www.eeagrants.org, including the Implementing Regulations of the EEA Financial Mechanism: http://eeagrants.org/Results-data/Results-overview/Documents/Legal-documents/Regulations-with-annexes/EEA-Grants-2009-2014.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates from TU-Sofia can apply for a mobility scholarship under any of the components of this measure by submitting documents to the Department of International Relations and Projects (Block 1, office 1238). The documents will be reviewed by a commission chaired by Prof. Dr. Eng. Valeri Mladenov – Institutional Coordinator at TU-Sofia – and, after approval by TU-Sofia, will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education and Science.
