Vrah Kom is the highest peak (altitude 2015.8 m) of the Berkovska Planina, a part of the western Stara Planina. It is located south of Berkovitsa town. With the lower peaks to the east, Sredni Kom and Malki Kom, it forms a ridge with an approximate west-east orientation, a rounded grassy ridge, a steep rocky northern slope, and a gentle grassy southern slope. The most impressive view is to the north from the peak – Berkovitsa town, the Berkovitsa field, and the distant Montana town and Ogosta reservoir, about 30 km away, can be seen.
"Haidutski Waterfalls" are several small waterfalls with a height of 2 to 3 meters. They are located in the beautiful valley of the Goляma River, 9 km from Berkovitsa town, where the waters of the Tsenkova, Slivashta, and Sredna bara rivers meet. The nature in this area is very beautiful.
The Klisura Monastery "St. Cyril and Methodius" was founded in 1240, when it was called Vreshtets Monastery. In the 15th century, the monastery was destroyed and remained uninhabited for a long time. In 1742, it was restored with donations from the people of Klisura, but forty years later it was destroyed again. Nevertheless, the monastery rose again thanks to the monks and local patriotic Bulgarians.
