Dr. Plamen Ivanov was awarded the "John Atanasov – for applying scientific achievements in practice and for projects of high social significance" certificate for 2014. For innovative developments in the field of IT service management and risk analysis in complex IT infrastructure changes. The achievements are contributions to his dissertation "Application of fuzzy systems for analysis in IT service management", defended at TU – Sofia with scientific supervisor Prof. Dr. Eng. Plamenka Borovska in 2013.
