On February 26, 2016, the "Helmut Böhm" International Meetings Center celebrated its eighth anniversary.
The event was attended by Prof. Georgi Mihov - Rector of TU - Sofia, former rectors of the University, vice-rectors, faculty members, and staff.
Established on the idea of the long-time president of TU - Darmstadt and chairman of the Society of Friends of TU - Sofia in Darmstadt, Prof. Dr. Helmut Böhm, Doctor Honoris Causa of TU - Sofia and of many other universities,
The Center has been actively used for 8 years in the implementation of international exchange and contacts of TU - Sofia in the field of scientific research and teaching activities.
