
On November 1, 2020, the "European Technological University" – EUt+ initiative was launched. The project is funded by the European Commission and will last for 36 months. Today, November 4, 2020, an online kick-off meeting of the rectors of 41 European universities is taking place, with the aim of strengthening the transformative potential of the "European Universities" initiative. At the online meeting, current topics are discussed to identify problem areas at the institutional, regional, national, and European levels that require appropriate actions to address issues in the areas of:
- accreditation and quality;
- providing modern curricula and programs;
- recognition of study periods;
- online learning;
- legal status of guest lecturers and researchers;
- legal statute of the alliance, etc.
