Prof. Dr. Eng. Georgi Mihov, Rector of the Technical University - Sofia, was awarded the Order of "Academic Palms" by the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research. The high distinction, presented by His Excellency Eric Le Bœuf, Ambassador of France, recognizes his comprehensive activities and commitment to the Francophonie and the French language. It also acknowledges Prof. Mihov's special role in the accreditation of the curriculum at the Faculty of French-language Electrical Engineering by the French Engineering Credentials Commission (Commission des titres d’ingénieurs – CTI) with the highest possible rating.
