
The Open Day will take place at the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy and College - Sliven of the Technical University - Sofia today (November 28), the educational institution announced. Visitors will be able to learn about the opportunities for education, implementation, and development in the academic center. The specialties and study programs will be presented, there will be meetings with teachers and students, demonstrations in laboratories and classrooms, and consultations on applications and career guidance. Over 1200 students are enrolled at the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy in Sliven, distributed across 9 bachelor's and 18 master's specialties, while the College under the university offers specialties with the direction "professional bachelor". There are over 70 teachers – professors, associate professors, and senior assistants. In addition to the engineering bachelor's specialties: "Computer and Software Engineering", "Automation and Information Technologies", "Electrical Power Systems", "Automotive Transport Technology", "Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology", and "Computer Technologies in Mechanical Engineering", since 2016, students have also been enrolled at the FEP in professional field 1.2. "Pedagogy" - the master's programs "Pre-school and Primary School Pedagogy", "Innovations and Technologies in Pedagogy", and "Pedagogy of Teaching Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics", and the bachelor's specialty "Pedagogy".
