Business representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders join the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the Technical University

Representatives from more than 40 companies across all sectors of the economy attended the first meeting of the initiative to establish an Advisory Board to the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. The Board will be a new form of interaction between the university, business, and entrepreneurial organizations – not just a form of dialogue, but a platform for joint actions. Business representatives will have the opportunity to be active participants in the educational process, student initiatives, and mentoring programs at the university, and will offer students internship and career development opportunities within their companies. At regular meetings, members of the Advisory Board will discuss ideas for partnerships and joint projects in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. 
Companies that have expressed interest include NEK, BEH, Lufthansa Technik, SOF Connect, Festo, Ernst & Young, and many others. The organizers – the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Yordanka Angelova, Gena Sabeva from the Council for Entrepreneurship and Startups at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Victoria Karaabova-Stoyanova – Foundation "For Good Examples in Business," and all business representatives who have already signed the establishment of the Advisory Board, plan to nominate and award scholarships to outstanding students from the faculty in the future.
