Over 50 of the largest companies in Bulgaria are participating in this year's "Internships" Forum, which was opened today at the rectorate of the Plovdiv branch of the Technical University - Sofia, reported a reporter for Plovdiv24.bg. The forum is being held for the 12th consecutive time.
Employers present their current job positions and summer internship programs to students.
"Over the years, the 'Internships' forum has proven to be a very well-functioning format, motivating for both students and small, medium, and large companies in the Plovdiv region. The participating companies are mainly from the industry, and all of them provide opportunities for our students for professional realization, as well as for future career development," said Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Nikola Shakev, director of TU Sofia, Plovdiv branch, to the Plovdiv24.bg camera.
"I can say that there is high demand among employers for all specialties. This year, with the separate booths, we have created slightly better conditions for the companies that are structurally significant for the economy of the Plovdiv region. The format is good, I am satisfied," Assoc. Prof. Shakev added.
