The official ceremony for the awarding of diplomas to the graduates of the 2023 class of the Technical College in Botevgrad, part of the Technical University - Sofia. Traditionally, the host of the event was the Historical Museum - Botevgrad.
21 graduates received their diplomas for higher education. It is highly indicative of the level of the graduates that 19 of them, which is over 90%, continue their studies at a higher level.
In her address to the graduates, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tatyana Ivanova - Head of the Department of "Electronics and Electrical Engineering" at the TC, announced with satisfaction the high average grade for the class - Very Good 4.78.
The Vice Rector of the Technical University - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosen Radonov, also welcomed the graduates and presented the coveted diploma to the top students of the class – Mario Andreev, Diana Aleksandrova, Tsvetelina Delina, Miglena Vasileva, and Galina Dimitrova. He emphasized that the specialty "Applied Electronics and Computer Engineering", which they are completing, is very relevant and offers numerous opportunities for professional realization.
The Chairman of the General Assembly of the Technical University and long-time director of the College - Prof. Ivelin Ganev, congratulated the graduates on receiving their degree diploma, "which is proof of acquired knowledge and skills, as well as recognition for the efforts and perseverance put in".
Sponsors of the ceremony were Integrityd Microelectronics and Sensata Technologies. Their representatives presented subject and monetary awards to the outstanding students, as well as to the graduates working in the two companies.
