The first preliminary entrance examination in mathematics for admission to bachelor's programs at the Technical University (TU-Sofia) will take place on March 30 at 9:00 AM at TU-Sofia and its branches in Plovdiv and Sliven, the press center of the higher education institution announced.
For the academic year 2024/2025, applicants can choose from over 65 programs. The Technical University in Sofia is the leading higher technical institution in the country and the region, offering high-quality education in the most modern and promising fields of engineering and technical sciences. TU-Sofia is also part of the European Technological University EUt+, an alliance of nine universities, and will provide its students with the opportunity to study under joint programs at various campuses and to receive a European diploma.
The Technical University in Sofia is organizing online applicant information sessions again this year, which are broadcast weekly on the university's YouTube channel. During these online meetings, deans, faculty members, and outstanding students present the programs of the 14 faculties of TU-Sofia, its branches, and two colleges, as well as opportunities for successful professional careers.
The series of preliminary entrance examinations will continue in April. On April 6 at 9:00 AM, preliminary entrance examinations in English and German will be held at the Technical University in Sofia, and in Plovdiv, the examination will be in English.
On April 6 at 9:00 AM, a preliminary examination in "Drawing" will also be held at the Technical University in Sofia, and on April 7 at 9:00 AM, an examination in "Composition" will take place. Applications for the "Engineering Design" program are submitted through the competitive examinations in drawing and composition, and passing a foreign language examination is required for admission to programs taught in English and German.
Preliminary entrance examinations in mathematics will also be held on April 13 in Varna, Dupnitsa, Kardzhali, Montana, Pleven, Razgrad, and Stara Zagora, and on April 27 in Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Vratsa, Pravec, Sandanski, Smolyan, Targovishte, and Haskovo.
