

From January 16 to 20, over 80 participants from the eight European universities that are partners in the European University of Technology (EUt+) will meet in Sofia as part of "Sofia week". The host of the event is the Technical University of Sofia (TU-Sofia), the higher education institution announced. During "Sofia week", a meeting of the rectors of the Cyprus University of Technology (Cyprus), the University of Technology Troyes (France), Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, the University of Applied Sciences (Germany), the Technological University Dublin (Ireland), and the Riga Technical University (Latvia), at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania), at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Spain) and the Technical University of Sofia, which are participants in the EUt+ project. The program includes meetings between partners and has been planned various social events for getting acquainted with Bulgarian life and culture. What is the European University of Technology (EUt+)? The Technical University of Sofia is one of the eight founders of the European EUt+ Technological University, created with the vision "Think first about the person", fully oriented towards people and the approach in modern technologies. In implementation of one of the leading EU initiatives for building a European educational space EUt+ promotes European values, identity and above all the revolution in the quality and competitiveness of European higher education. The mission of EUt+ is to contribute to the well-being of society, and its students to become technologically literate professionals and responsible European citizens.
