Regular competitive exams for bachelor's programs at the Technical University of Sofia begin

The regular entrance exams for bachelor's programs at the Technical University of Sofia will take place on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, the university's press center announced. The mathematics test is on July 2. For the "Engineering Design" major, the drawing exam is on July 3, and the composition exam is on July 4. The foreign language exam (German, English) is also on July 4. All exams start at 9:00 AM and will be in-person. By July 8, inclusive, applicants who will apply with grades from preliminary exams or with matriculation exam grades can submit documents in person at TUS and its branches in Plovdiv and Sliven, at the document reception offices across the country, or online. The application documents are as follows: original and copy of the secondary education diploma; certificate from the first stage of secondary education (for those graduating in 2022) - original and copy; completed application form. Nearly 2400 applicants took the three preliminary mathematics exams, confirming the growing interest in studying at the leading higher technical university in the country. The Technical University of Sofia offers over 30 bachelor's programs, four of which are new: "Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence", "Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence - in English", "Data Analysis", and "Cybersecurity". According to the university rating system, TUS has been leading for another year in six professional fields: "Mechanical Engineering", "Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation", "Communications and Computer Engineering", "Energy", "Transport, Shipping and Aviation", and "General Engineering". The Technical University of Sofia is a co-founder of the European Technological University EUt+, an alliance of eight European higher education institutions, which opens new opportunities for modern education through mobility and for obtaining European bachelor's and master's degrees for students.
