The Technical University of Sofia announced the results of the first ranking of applicants admitted for undergraduate studies for the 2021/2022 academic year, and enrollment begins today, the university announced. Applicants ranked by their first choice are finally enrolled from July 12 to 16, every day, from 8:30 to 16:30, with the original high school diploma and a copy, four photos, and a personal ID, after paying the state tuition fee for the winter semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The fee is paid at the post-terminal in Academic Block 1, at the Rectorate of TUS, in room 1337, or by bank transfer. Applicants not ranked by their first choice leave their original high school diploma at the respective faculty and wait to be re-ranked in the second ranking. In it, they retain their initial ranking or move forward to more desired specialties. If they wish, they are finally enrolled in the specialty in which they were admitted in the first ranking, by submitting a declaration requesting to remain in that specialty and waiving participation in the second ranking. Unranked applicants wait for the second ranking without submitting any documents. From July 14 to September 18, the Academic Office of TUS will accept documents to fill a limited number of places in some specialties. Unranked applicants, those who did not apply to TUS-Sofia, and those who received their high school diploma later can apply for these places. Student ID cards are purchased from bookstores in the vicinity of TUS-Sofia, and enrollment ID cards and student certificates are obtained free of charge from the respective faculty office.
