Since 01.06.2021, a COVID-19 Vaccination Center has been operating on the campus of the Technical University - Sofia, between Building 1 (Rectorate) and Building 2. All members of the university community, as well as citizens, can get vaccinated for free, choosing from one of the four vaccines approved by the European Union: Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, Oxford/AstraZeneca, and Janssen. The Vaccination Center is open every working day from 09:30 to 14:00, and prior registration is not required. The vaccination team is from the Sofia Emergency Medical Center. The opening of the COVID-19 Vaccination Center reflects the care of the management of the Technical University - Sofia for the health of its faculty, staff, and students, and at the same time contributes to the national vaccination campaign.
