It can be accessed via a link in the upper left part of the website, directly below the "Buyer Profile" section and next to the "COVID-19" section. Clicking on the title "Air Measurement System" directs the user to a website that reports in real time the concentration at three stations in Razgrad of: carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ozone, and fine particulate matter – https://ecobg-air.eu/. It also reports atmospheric conditions – temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind direction, and wind speed. The stations were installed in February in three districts of the regional city – on the roofs of KG "Shestte Yastrebincheta", KG "Detelina", and CH "Slanchevo Detstvo". The locations are marked on a city map; the three points glow green when indicators are within normal limits, and change color if an exceedance of the concentration of any of the indicators is detected. The color code corresponds to the global Air Quality Index (AQI) according to the accepted scale, with the color range provided on the left. The AQI index values show 6 levels of air pollution status, each of which corresponds to a color code and information on possible health consequences. Green indicates that air quality is satisfactory and there is no health risk; yellow – air quality is acceptable, there may be moderate health risks for a small number of people unusually sensitive to air pollution; orange – people from sensitive groups may have health problems; red – everyone may begin to experience adverse health effects, and people from sensitive groups may have more serious health consequences; purple – emergency situation warning, valid for the entire population; dark purple – signal of immediate danger to the health of the population. When any of the three points is clicked, basic information about the weather and pollution index is displayed, and through the "statistics" link, levels for each object for each pollutant can be observed, as well as compared with permissible limit values. The system was developed by the Technical University of Sofia, which also performs its technical maintenance, and is implemented pursuant to a decision of the Razgrad Municipal Council.
