The Technical University – Sofia begins accepting applications for the preliminary candidate exams and tests starting today (February 22nd). All preliminary candidate exams will be conducted remotely, both in the capital and at the university's branches in Plovdiv and Sliven. Documents are submitted up to two days before the test date at TU - Sofia, Academic Department, Academic Building 2, floor 3, every working day from 9:00 to 16:00, at the regional centers and offices for document submission, or online (for taking the exam at TU-Sofia, this is done at https://priem.tu-sofia.bg, for the branch in Plovdiv at http://ksk.tu-plovdiv.bg/, for Sliven – http://www.tu-sliven.com). Applicants have the opportunity to take the mathematics test on three dates – March 27, April 10, and April 24. On April 3, the exams in German and English, which are required for admission to the Faculty of German Engineering and Industrial Management and the Faculty of English Engineering, will be held. The exams in "Drawing" and "Composition", with the grades from which applications are made for the specialty "Engineering Design", will be held on April 10 and 11, respectively. In order to attract young people interested in engineering education, the Technical University - Sofia organizes a studio in the Library and Information Center, which every Thursday in the period 11.02-22.04.2021 from 14:30 to 16:30 will broadcast live current applicant information on the university's YouTube channel. Within the broadcast, the faculties of TU-Sofia and their specialties will be presented, as well as the opportunities for implementation during studies and after graduation. Participants will be deans, deputy deans, students, business representatives and employers, as well as successful graduates of the university. Recognition of the high level of education is also the score of 9.56 in the institutional accreditation of the Technical University - Sofia. Last year, TU - Sofia became a co-founder of the European Technological University EUt+, an alliance of eight European higher education institutions, which opens up new opportunities for student mobility and obtaining an internationally recognized European higher education.
