Since mid-February, clients of the B-Trust Cloud Electronic Signature can use the e-services of 54 municipalities across the country using only their mobile phones. This became possible thanks to the partnership between BORIKA JSC and the "ACTEX" Software Group at the Technical University - Sofia. The integration of the cloud service with the auslugi.com portal gives citizens and businesses access to over 1200 electronic administrative services. Remote e-identification and online document signing on the portal are completed within seconds, with data protection guaranteed by BORIKA JSC, one of the leading providers of certification services in the country. The auslugi.com portal was created in 2007, and today it has a refreshed design. According to "ACTEX", the number of municipal administrations has doubled in the last year alone. There is also significant growth in portal users, which is due to its intuitive operation and the increasing need for fully remote delivery of electronic services. "I am glad that more and more municipal administrations realize the convenience of the portal and have the opportunity to offer it to citizens and businesses in their region," shares Dr. Mosko Aladzhem, Head of the "ACTEX" Software Group. On its part, the B-Trust Cloud ES has the legal force of a qualified electronic signature and a handwritten signature. There is no need for a card and reader, and the only condition is the presence of a mobile phone with internet access and the B-Trust Mobile application installed. The issuance of the Cloud ES is free, and upon issuance, the client receives 3 free signatures and/or identifications. At the moment, the Cloud ES issued by BORIKA has been successfully integrated with the unified portal for administrative electronic services of the State Agency "Electronic Governance". "Digitalization of administrative services and processes has been talked about for years, but only in 2020 did we see real progress in this regard," shares Martin Oresharski, Manager "Business Development" at BORIKA JSC. "Our company has all the necessary conditions - licenses, technologies, know-how, expert team, etc., to successfully partner with the State in this process of digital transformation," Oresharski adds.
