The exam sessions for the winter semester at the Technical University will be held online.

The examination sessions for the educational and qualification degrees of "bachelor" and "master" /regular and make-up/ from the winter semester at the Technical University will take place "remotely in an electronic environment, in accordance with the scheduled timetable". This is stated in the order of the Rector of the Technical University of Sofia, Prof. Eng. Ivan Králov, published on the website of the higher education institution. Due to the declared emergency epidemic situation, the heads of units are instructed to provide additional examination dates for the disciplines from the winter semester during the summer examination session, as recommended in the Rector's order of the Technical University of Sofia. This year, the study programs have been revised in accordance with the new reference frameworks adopted by the academic leadership, and the duration of study for all specialties has been reduced by half a year – to one year and two years, respectively. The new master's programs are "Higher Management" and "Management and Business Information Systems" at the Faculty of Economics and "Analysis of Large Data Sets and Data Flows" at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, "Innovative Communication Technologies and Entrepreneurship" – in Bulgarian and English at the Faculty of Telecommunications, in collaboration with Aalborg University, Denmark.
