The Executive Director of "National Company Industrial Zones" EAD, Antoaneta Bares, and the Rector of the Technical University, Prof. Eng. Ivan Králov, signed a memorandum of cooperation. This was announced by the press center of NCIIZ. The two parties will work to accelerate the career development of students from the Technical University and will cooperate to improve the integration between education and business, which operates in the industrial zones of NCIIZ. The signed memorandum will allow young people to receive timely information about vacant positions in the industrial zones designed, developed, and managed by the state-owned company. In this way, student interns will have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and practical skills in a real business environment. The cooperation between NCIIZ and the Technical University is part of the company's successful Fast Tracking Success project. The initiative contributes to the development of highly qualified personnel. Young specialists have the opportunity to work under high standards in enterprises operating in the zones of the company. In this way, interns can build valuable professional skills. The Fast Tracking Success program also works for the benefit of investors. They have the opportunity to access up-to-date information about graduates from universities of all specialties, as well as their career centers for direct hiring of specialists. Thus, through NCIIZ, companies can make requests to universities for the specialists they are looking for. The Fast Tracking Success program aims to overcome the problem of youth unemployment.
