Another recognition for BNT. Reporters from the national television, Eliana Dimitrova and Boryana Cherganova, received awards from the Technical University of Sofia for their objective and professional coverage of the university's scientific achievements. They were presented by the rector of the institution, Prof. Ivan Králov, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the university's establishment, which sets standards for education and scientific research. The rector recalled that it was at the Technical University that the first experiments for transmitting images over a distance and for the creation of television in the country began in 1951.
