The master's program at FCT, organized by the Department of Computer Systems is offered in the following specialties:
Master of Engineering in "Computer and Software Engineering" – one-year program
It is intended for graduates with a bachelor's and/or master's degree from all professional directions in the field: 5. "Technical Sciences", 4.5 "Mathematics", 4.6 "Informatics and Computer Science".
- The program lasts 1 year (2 semesters);
- There is a state-funded quota and paid tuition.
Master of Engineering in "Computer and Software Engineering" – two-year program
It is intended for graduates with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in specialties from professional directions in fields 4.1 "Physical Sciences" and 9. "Defense".
- The training lasts 2 years (4 semesters);
- Paid training.
The master's specialty "Computer and Software Engineering" aims to deepen and expand the knowledge and skills of students acquired at the bachelor's level of training. Students gain knowledge in various aspects of modern trends in the development of computer and software engineering and improve skills required by today's competitive labor market.
Master-Engineer "Graphic and Web Design" – one-year training
It is intended for graduates with a bachelor's and/or master's degree from all professional directions in the field: 5. "Technical Sciences" and 8. "Arts"
- The training lasts 1 year (2 semesters);
- Paid training.
The Master's specialization "Graphic and Web Design" is implemented in partnership with the Department of "Engineering Design" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and aims to expand the knowledge and skills acquired by students during their undergraduate studies. Students gain knowledge of contemporary trends in the development of software, particularly web technologies, as well as acquire basic knowledge in the field of design and develop their creativity.

The master's program at the Faculty of Computer Systems and Control, organized by the Department of Computer Technologies and Applied Programming is conducted under the specialty:
Master of Engineering in "Computer Technologies and Applied Programming" – one-year program.
It is intended for graduates with a bachelor's and/or master's degree from all professional fields in the area: 5. "Technical Sciences", 4.5 "Mathematics", 4.6 "Informatics and Computer Science"”.
- The program lasts 1 year (2 semesters)
- Paid training.
The training includes four mandatory subjects and six elective subjects. The fundamental preparation is carried out through the study of the mandatory subjects "Software Engineering", "Software Architectures and Patterns", "Validation and Verification of Program Systems", and "Distributed Systems and Applications". The mandatory subjects provide the necessary fundamental knowledge and models for creating computer applications, for project management in this subject area, and for assessing the quality of existing computer applications and systems.
