That magic that made the streets of the country empty, that led to children being named after favorite TV characters, that transported you to worlds that in those years were undiscovered, forgotten, or forbidden. The cabinet that served as a small table, with a woven doily on top and a small vase with a flower. But at the same time, the most valuable piece of furniture in the interior, which shone for the entire neighborhood.
The film "Directions" was created for this anniversary. The young do not know that television started precisely from the Technical University, from a laboratory that inspired enthusiasts to dedicate themselves to this cause. First in the Balkans.
The creation of the film was worked on tirelessly by: Associate Professor Rumen Mironov, Associate Professor Kalin Dimitrov, Senior Assistant Lyubomir Laskov from the Faculty of Telecommunications of the university, the veterans of the project-television, the screenwriter Stefka Kaleva, the director Ekaterina Minkova, and the cinematographer Borislav Georgiev.
