The Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies has been organizing a two-month elective course on the design of modern analog CMOS integrated circuits since March 15, 2017.
The course was developed in collaboration with specialists from Melexis Bulgaria AD and IDT Bulgaria and is intended for students from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies, the Faculty of Telecommunications, and the Faculty of Automation at TU-Sofia, students from the Faculty of Physics of SU, postgraduates, and doctoral students in the field of integrated circuit design.
Candidates must have basic knowledge of theoretical electrical engineering, semiconductor devices, electronic circuit theory, analog circuit design, and microelectronics.
