
Students and teachers from the elite school for programmers and computer specialists will present demonstrations in robotics, programming, and embedded microcomputer systems
The only of its kind secondary school for information and communication technologies – Technological University "Electronic Systems" (TUES) at the Technical University - Sofia, opens its doors to students and parents on April 23, 2016, Saturday, from 10:00 to 16:00 The school is located in Mladost 1 residential complex (2 Vladimir Pashov St., next to University Multidisciplinary Hospital for Active Treatment "St. Anna"),

Visitors will be able to attend specialized demonstrations in robotics, programming, computer networks, embedded microcomputer systems, electronic components, electrical engineering, etc. Meetings with teachers and students from TUES are planned, as well as with many graduates who are today successful professionals, managers, or founders of companies in the field of information and communication technologies. Guests of TUES will also get acquainted with the main curricula of the two specialties System Programming and Computer Networks, and will learn more about the teaching methods and unique achievements in the training of successful IT personnel.
The full program of the Open Day is available at the event website, as the content is identical before and after lunch, so that visitors can choose a time convenient for them. The main presentations will start at 10:30 and 13:30.
The technical demonstrations at the Open Day will feature the TUES team, which recently ranked in the top six at the European University Rally for cars controlled by embedded microprocessors - Renesas MCU Car Rally 2016 in Germany. Students from grade 11, who organize the student programming competition at TUES Hack TUES . On-site, the achievements of students from TUES in the fields of literature, photography, and sports will also be visible.

The Open Day at TUT is organized with the assistance of The Association of TUES Graduates, which unites more than 500 graduates of TUT and works to promote the achievements of the school.
